Lina Kosareva joined United Consultants in 2004 as the Financial Manager and she was appointed to the position of Senior Consultant in March 2016 within the development program for high-qualified and experienced employees. She is responsible for business development and Executive Search and Management Solutions project execution in Ukraine and CIS.
Lina brings to her role more than 10 years of experience in finance and a deep understanding of the executive search industry. She greatly contributed to the development of United Consultants by opening company offices, providing administrative support to business development and establishing solid financial relations with company clients. Therefore, her business experience will be an additional advantage for our clients searching for relevant financial expertise. Her deep financial expertise and international qualifications will allow her to provide stronger consultancy to clients in terms of finances and banking. Our clients have already benefitted from Lina moving to the position of Senior Consultant: she has successfully completed a number projects in Ukraine with a focus on Financial Institutions, the Consumer sector, Telecommunications, Agriculture and IT. Her functional search expertise includes finance and banking, administrative, management, supply chain and legal support.
Before joining United Consultants, she had held the position of Chief Accountant at another recruitment company, where she gained strong financial experience.
Lina obtained a Master’s Degree in Marketing at the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Politechnic Institute”. She also has an ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting “DipIFR” and she is an internationally qualified CAP (Certified Accounting Practitioner).
She is fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian.
